UK Delivery

As all of our products are hand made, it depending on the product/s you choose as to how long they take to make. With this in mind, we aim to process all orders within 3 - 5 business days & all UK orders are delivered Royal Mail 2nd class unless otherwise stated. Royal Mail guidelines state to expect 2-3 working days for your parcel to arrive. 

We do offer other delivery options at checkout, such as Tracked 48 and Tracked 24, if you would like to receive your parcel at the earliest convenience please choose one of the selected options at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping rates for your order will be calculated at check out. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). These are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. Hetty & Huxley luxury accessories is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are the customers responsibility.
